At NortDigi, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality digital solutions and services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products – Non-Tangible Goods

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable content, software, and licenses), all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • If the product is not as described or contains critical functional defects, you may request a refund.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide clear evidence of the issue.
  • We reserve the right to resolve the issue before issuing a refund (e.g., fixing bugs, providing support).

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility due to system requirements clearly listed on the product page
  • Insufficient understanding or misuse of the product

2. Service-Based Products (Design, Development, Marketing Services)

If you’ve purchased a NortDigi service, such as website design, app development, or digital marketing:

  • You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if no work has begun.
  • After 24 hours, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work already completed.
  • No refunds will be provided once a project has been delivered, approved, or moved into final deployment.

3. Subscription-Based Services

For ongoing subscriptions (e.g., hosting, SEO, or maintenance plans):

  • You can cancel anytime via your NortDigi account dashboard.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles once the current month has started.
  • Refunds will be considered in cases of service outages exceeding 48 continuous hours due to NortDigi error.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or relevant documentation (if applicable)

We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

5. Policy Updates
